Archna Didi’s Meditation Seminars Finds Followers

Celebrating Life Foundation organized a special 2-day Divine Meditation gathering on September 26 and 27, 2015 at Taste of India Banquet Hall, Alpharetta, GA in the gracious presence of renowned Indian meditation guru, Archna Didi. The program was organized by Nirkant Aggarwal, IT Leader, Atlanta, GA and attended by a large group of meditation enthusiasts.

Archna Didi is founder of Celebrating Life Foundation, in New Delhi, a wellness and  spiritual organization. The foundation teaches meditation, yoga, pranayama.  A charismatic and exceptionally gifted spiritual leader, Didi has evolved various meditation techniques that combine ancient Indian practices with a deep understanding of human psychology.  The organization also aids orphans, handicapped children and seniors living in old age homes.

At the Taste of India Banquet Hall, Archna Didi expounded to the gathering, the essence of meditation and how incorporating a few minutes of it into our daily routine can dramatically transform our lives. She also enabled practitioners to have a hands on experience of ‘Being’ and ‘Bliss’, using deep meditation techniques. Didi’s energy, sharp intellect, and spiritual glow mesmerized the audience of yoga and meditation enthusiasts.

In his vote of thanks, Nirkant Aggarwal expressed his gratitude to Didi for travelling to the USA to teach yoga and spread her message of peace and goodwill. On behalf of the gathering, he requested her to come again next year. Shiv Agarwal of Global Mall enthused, “I have attended many yoga and meditation programs during the last 30 years but the experience with Archna Didi was remarkable. I felt connected with myself during this meditation program. I looking forward [to] greater experiences; thanks to Archna Didi for showing [me] the path of meditation.”

Another participants, Dr.Hiren Patel, physical therapist, Tampa, Florida noted, “Positively encouraging workshop. At the end of the workshop, I was able to get in touch with my inner self, and realized that I need to slow down in life to connect with [the] spiritual part of me.”

For seminar organizer Nirkant Aggarwal, this was his first brush with meditation. “I always thought that meditation is tough and will take lot of time to do. Didi explained it in such a simple way and showed us the path on how, by just spending 24 minutes a day, we can master the art of meditation and attain a way of life where we can be blessed with our internal energy and happiness.”
